Meltwater team members are chosen very carefully. Our people are ambitious, compassionate and well-rounded, with extraordinary interpersonal skills. A Meltwater person stands out from the crowd.
The typical Meltwater employee is well educated, with an excellent academic record. About half have an MBA or other graduate degree, but there is no preferred major or course of study. We have graduates of finance, archaeology, philosophy, religion, law, medicine, social anthropology, literature, engineering, sciences, business and marketing, among others.
Prior work experience is less important than striving for excellence and having a track record of success in whatever they do; whether it’s sports, arts, dance, or music.
