Values
Our values can be summed up by M-E-R [mere], Norwegian for more. Although we happily celebrate victories, small and large, we cannot rest on our laurels. More is an aspiration to continuously improve and better ourselves.
Moro ['mo(·)ro] – Norwegian for fun: We think that the best chance we can give ourselves to reach our ambitious goals is by promoting a playful, fun and supportive working environment.
Enere ['e n∂r'e] – Norwegian for Number One: At Meltwater we are aspiring for a culture of being #1 – as individuals and as a company. We don’t want to be a normal, average or good-enough firm. We want to be spectacular, groundbreaking, breathtaking and #1!
Respekt [re'spekt] – Norwegian for respect: Without the right employees we will not produce. Without the right customers we will not have any income. Our colleagues and customers must therefore be held dearly and treated with respect and humility.
Our values remain close to our hearts. They are chosen in order to help us reach our objectives, clarify our expectations to each other and help us to prioritize and make the right decisions.
