The Role:
You will be responsible for the worldwide structuring of the financial organisation of Meltwater News. You will direct the F&A department at the San Francisco headquarters and coach financial professionals in the other countries. You will also be responsible for the implementation of consolidated monthly and yearly closing routines. You will work closely with the corporate controller and will maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.

The Person:
Meltwater News is looking for a talented finance professional with 5 - 10 years international F&A experience. A good understanding of international accounting standards such as US GAAP, UK GAAP and IFRS combined with international and Dutch tax issues. A bachelor / master degree in accounting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. A result-driven entrepreneur who oversees complex situations and works comfortably within a dynamic environment.
